The Council has adopted all 16 recommendations of the Scoping Study Reference Group, which was set up to propose directions for the support and development of creative communities, and has recognised that the most innovative element of the report was the proposal for the Australia Council to develop and adopt a Creative Communities Strategy. This strategy will be adopted across the organisation and will help us realise our Arts Catalyst vision.
