Two licences for new digital television services will be allocated in 2007: channel A and channel B, which will be used for new and innovative digital television services. The ACCC issued a discussion paper on 15 December 2006 seeking stakeholders' views on the access regime that will apply to channel B. Most of those submission are now available online.
