This is the fourth report of the Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor, and the final report tabled as specified in section 23(1) of the Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor Act 2016. The report covers reform implementation for the period 1 November 2019 to 1 November 2020.

This is a report on monitoring of the Victorian Government’s implementation of family violence reforms as at 1 November 2019. The specific priority areas selected were Specialist Family Violence Courts, the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework, The Orange Door, perpetrator accountability and the voices of victim survivors.
