It reports on positive progress with investor interest increasing across a range of climate solutions. Barriers remain to investing in climate solutions which offset some of the positive trends.

Despite such climate-related risks to investment returns as extreme weather, new technologies, changes in climate policy and consumer preferences that can disrupt businesses and their supply chains, this survey report shows the investment sector is not yet using its capital and its influence to drive the transition to net zero.

The report highlights the progress and challenges faced by Australian investors in addressing climate change. It is based on survey responses collected in September 2023 from 63 firms managing AUD$5 trillion on behalf of Australian beneficiaries.
