This report is the product of workshops held earlier in the year, and includes not only the key areas of concern, but recommendations on how these can be addressed by research, policy and health services.

This framework has been co-produced with young people and other experts to present a set of values and practical questions and to prompt responses and decision making that promotes ethical practices of engagement with young people.
