This audit examined students behaving in a violent way toward staff in Victorian government schools. It finds that reasonable steps are taken to provide a work environment that is safe from work-related violence, but there are weaknesses in how that safe environment is maintained. It presents three key findings and four recommendations.

The Orange Door: follow-up
Family violence remains a significant social and public policy issue in Victoria and demand for family violence services continues to increase. This report assesses the implementation of recommended improvements to family violence support services. It finds four of nine recommended improvements have been completed and identifies further work still to be undertaken.

Quality of Victoria's critical data assets
A review to better understand whether Victorian government agencies assure the quality of their critical data assets. It found that none of the audited agencies meet the Data Quality Standards requirements in full. It recommends all audited agencies implement a risk-based approach to managing and maintaining critical data asset quality. This recommendation has been accepted.

Domestic building insurance (DBI) compensates homeowners for losses relating to incomplete or defective domestic building work. This review was established to examine how well DBI is being managed to protect homeowners. The review concludes the way DBI arrangements are managed has improved, but there are still gaps.

State Trustees manage the finances of clients unable to manage their own money due to disability, dementia or mental illness. This audit found that State Trustees' financial administration services support the rights and interests of clients, but it should make clearer its reasons for declining clients' requests for extra money.
