This report makes public the findings of an independent and comprehensive review into EY Oceania's workplace culture. The focus of this review was on internal and external factors that impact workplace culture including bullying, sexual harassment, racism, psychological safety, and the impact of work demands on the well-being of employees.

The University of Sydney has, in line with the recommendations contained within this report, already begun developing a standalone sexual misconduct policy, in order to provide better access and support to students when they require it.

In August 2016, AFP Commissioner Andrew Colvin released this report, following an independent review of the organisation by former Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Elizabeth Broderick.
