National Impact of Library Public Programs Assessment: summative report
From 2017 to 2019, the American Library Association (ALA) Public Programs Office (PPO) implemented the National Impact of Library Public Programs Assessment (NILPPA): Phase 1. This report serves as a comprehensive record of the research activities and presents the frameworks for both research questions.
