This review provides an assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Army Aboriginal Community Assistance Programme (AACAP) and recommends potential improvements to leverage greater outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and to ensure Army’s training objectives are realised.
