10 years of drug policy in Asia: How far have we come?
The data presented in this report suggest that countries in Asia have not been able to achieve the frequently reiterated goal of a ‘drug-free’ region nor to ‘eliminate or reduce significantly’ the illicit cultivation, production, trafficking, sale and consumption of drugs.
