The aim of the NDIS Alternative Commissioning Pilots in remote and First Nations communities was to co-design, implement and evaluate place-based, community-driven alternative commissioning models in partnership with communities. This report contains the findings of the evaluation to support the future development and scaling up of alternative commissioning. It makes 10 overall recommendations.

The second interim evaluation report of the Medicare Urgent Care Clinics pilot program, based on program implementation from June 2023 to September 2025. This evaluation addresses the nine Measures of Success that were agreed by the Australian, and state and territory governments. Findings and improvement opportunities have been provided for each of the nine measures.

This evaluation assesses a pilot project where the Australian Red Cross and the Victorian Dargo community co-designed a preparedness platform using local knowledge, open data and artificial intelligence. It showcases how ethical, inclusive technology development can empower communities against climate risk, while highlighting challenges and innovations in co-designing disaster resilience tools with local stakeholders.

The Trauma-informed Practice Capability Pilot Project was conducted across three Victorian mental health and wellbeing services. This report provides an evaluation of the pilot, including findings relevant to consumers, families, carers, supporters and kin, practitioners and service leaders. The report provides recommendations for government and for mental health and wellbeing services.

The Enhanced Early Supports Pilot provided individualised early supports in home and community settings to a group of children and their families in Melbourne’s west not accessing individual NDIS funding. A 12-month evaluation showed the model made a meaningful impact. Key findings and recommendations are outlined in this report.
