It finds that the governance arrangements are not operating effectively. The report makes four recommendations aimed at improving the governance of the National Agreement in NSW.

This report discusses inclusion and diversity in the board rooms of the 75 largest not-for-profit disability service providers in Australia. It finds that just over a fifth of the providers have two or more leaders with disabilities currently serving on their boards and all of these boards reported positive outcomes from the appointments.

This report proposes drafting instructions for a Fast-track Supermarket Entry and Expansion Omnibus Bill, which would rapidly approve retail grocery developments at scale and cut through complex barriers that are preventing new supermarket chains from entering the New Zealand market.
