This report presents the findings of research into the experience of non-government not-for-profit organisations that have undertaken the development of their own social and affordable housing projects across Australia.

The broad purpose of the research is to support the accelerated expansion of affordable housing by providing information and analysis of established models and suggesting strategies that can assist with their growth.
