Report
Description
Research and evaluation activities are becoming more common within agencies across the family relationships sector. This paper presents an example of how an agency gathered data from clients who had started but not completed a program, and applied the findings to improve services and service delivery. We outline the way in which data were collected, the difficulties and benefits experienced in the process, and how the findings were applied.
