No doubt the Net - "a far more speech-enhancing medium than print, the village green, or the mails" in the words of federal Judge Stewart Dalzell - has revolutionized communications and amplified educational opportunities for young people. The Internet has increased all types of expression ? the good, the bad and the ugly.
