Description
On 28 April 2020, the Northern Territory Parliament passed a COVID-19 Modification Notice that impact the processes involved in the Residential Tenancies Act 1999. This Notice provides the framework for the Territory's response to tenancy issues arising as a result of the COVID-19 emergency.
Initiative: Extend negotiation and notice periods to protect tenants for up to 120 days
