This report describes the findings from an independent assessment of the current state of aged care information, communications and assistive technology systems for the aged care sector. It finds that there are major deficiencies, which do not lead to positive outcomes for older Australians accessing aged care, and proposes a number of actions for the Royal Commissioners to consider.
