Description
In this paper Hal Turton and Clive Hamilton present the estimates of comprehensive per capita emissions for industrialised countries for 1999. The industrialised country average is 12.8 t CO2-e. Australia has the highest per capita emissions at 27.9 t CO2-e, followed by Canada (22.2) and the USA (20.7). In comparison, the European Union's per capita emissions are 10.2 t CO2-e, while Russia's are 7.4 t CO2-e.
