An evidence-led framework for scaling the delivery of an educational program or intervention in early years settings, schools and 16 – 19 settings. The framework maps out key considerations and activities involved based on six key dimensions. It is accompanied by a self-assessment tool.

The purpose of this guidance is to begin to describe and demystify the professional practice of implementation—to document the Education Endowment Foundation's knowledge of the steps that effective schools take to manage change well.
