This report presents findings on the working conditions of migrants on temporary visas in Australia. It shows how underpayment, insecure employment structures and non-compliant employer practices form a system of exploitation. The report includes recommendations on how the Australian Government can better protect migrant workers.

Led by the Migrant Justice Institute and the Human Rights Law Centre, this document urges the Australian government to establish whistleblower protections that would enable migrant workers to report exploitation without risking their visa.
