Australia’s agricultural and food industries risk losing their competitive edge. The paper calls for an increase in the adoption of climate-smart farming, a strengthening of sovereign supply chains, and a stronger, more diversified export strategy to convert the food industry into an economic engine that mirrors the resource sector.

The report explores the workplace experiences of people with disabilities, chronic health conditions or who are neurodivergent, across 20 countries. The findings offer a comprehensive look into challenges faced in the workplace and the steps employers can take to create inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.
