This mapping report provides a comprehensive picture of the current state of disability research in Australia in the period since the Audit of Disability Research Update Report was published in 2017.

This issues paper was prepared in response to the lived experience and literature presented at the Disability and Disaster Resilience forum, held in August 2020. It builds a picture of the roadblocks to safety and wellbeing for Australians with disability in emergency management.
