The Queensland energy roadmap provides clarity for the future of coal and gas, and support for private sector investment in renewables and firming projects. It offers insights to the state of the energy market, outlines Queensland’s energy system outlook to 2030 and beyond, and defines policy settings to deliver affordable, reliable and sustainable energy.

The 2025–26 Budget outlines the economic and fiscal outlook for Queensland. Priorities include community safety, targeted cost-of-living relief, new and upgraded hospitals and generational infrastructure investment in road and rail projects. Initiatives include a new home ownership scheme to reduce the deposit gap. The Budget includes regional delivery plans and a women's' economic security statement.
