Little is known about how socioeconomic position might have affected health prior to the Second World War. This article looks at lifespan by occupational class in two cohorts in New Zealand.

This articles argues that the risks of artificial intelligence are insufficiently articulated in New Zealand government reports to date, and that there is an obligation for New Zealand government agencies to consider the deep questions involved.
