This project was conducted in 2005-2006, using a multi-faceted, collaborative approaches to enhance; then monitor, the systematic collection of standardised clinician-rated Outcomes information with Indigenous adult consumers across the Far North Queensland mental health network.

These guidelines have been written to fill a significant gap in resources available to Primary Health Care and Mental Health services.
