Incorporating literature reviews on integrated care models and consultation with key experts and providers of integrated care in Australia, this report provides an overview and analysis of integrated models of care for older people, as they relate to health care, social care, and housing or accommodation in Australia.

With funding from the State Trustees Australia Foundation, in collaboration with Senior’s Rights Victoria, NARI researchers analysed seven years of data to better understand elder abuse in Victoria. This report presents the research findings.
