This report on a review chaired by David Gonski – known as the 'Gonski Review' – is the culmination of the first significant schools funding review since the Whitlam Government.

This review was established to address the question of whether the higher education education is structured, organised and financed to position Australia to compete effectively in the new globalised economy.
