Effects of renting on household energy expenditure: evidence from Australia
This paper uses household survey data from Australia to investigate whether renters face larger energy bills than otherwise similar households. The findings cast light on the potential for more ambitious policy responses to reduce energy-related disadvantages faced by renters in Australia.

Carbon pricing efficacy: cross-country evidence
In this paper, the authors use a longitudinal dataset for 142 countries to estimate the contribution of carbon pricing to reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. They employ econometric techniques that control for other relevant factors, including other policies such as feed-in tariffs and renewable portfolio standards.
