The Wellbeing Informed Care- Kimberley (WIC-K) project is a partnership between University of Western Australia and Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Service (KAMS) and its member services. This report provides an overview of the consultation undertaken with Aboriginal community members to progress WIC-K Priority Area 2.

This study aims to explore the role of mental health care in remote Aboriginal health services in the Kimberley region of Western Australia and provide a more nuanced understanding of the patients presenting for care, their needs and the clinical response.
