This study explores National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) psychosocial support among Indigenous Australians in South East Queensland, highlighting disparities in access and budget allocation. Findings show higher access for Indigenous participants benefiting those most in need. However, systemic challenges persist including under‑identification, missing utilisation data and housing instability.
