This report proposes reforms to build a sustainable system for people with psychosocial disability within the existing National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) budget. It recommends redirecting funds so support is available both inside and outside the scheme, ensuring access is not determined by eligibility or location. It sets out recommendations to achieve these reforms.
