Australians with disability of all ages experience barriers to finding and staying in work. This project works with employers, schools, students and families to change employment expectations of people with disability.

The 2-year evaluation found that the principles and capacity-building processes used by NACBO changed outcomes for people with disability and promoted authentic inclusion.

Our Voice SA is a peer-led, self-advocacy group for adults with intellectual disability. In 2020, the group received a 3-year ILC grant to deliver the Reaching Out project. This is the final evaluation report for the project.
