In NSW, retailers can choose whether or not to offer solar feed-in tariffs to their customers, and decide the level of the solar feed-in tariff that they offer. However, to help guide retailers and customers, each year IPART recommends a benchmark range for solar-feed in tariffs. This review will update the range for 2018/19.

Maximum fares for rural and regional bus services - from 5 March 2018: final report


The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) has conducted a major review of fares for public bus services provided by private bus operators in rural and regional NSW. We have determined the maximum fares to apply for the determination period – 5 March 2018 to 31 December 2020.
