This report brings together information from a range of sources to show how perpetrator interventions are being monitored in Australia. The report also highlights where key data gaps remain, and the work being done to build the evidence base.

The COVID-19 pandemic has raised significant concerns for the safety of women in the context of a coalescence of risk factors and stressors for intimate partner violence (IPV). The aim of this research was to better understand women’s experiences of IPV since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This report explores the risk of victims being coerced or controlled by perpetrators through restorative justice processes in cases involving family violence.

This paper examines the existing research on disability, economic and financial abuse. The paper focuses specifically on abuse occurring in the context of domestic and family violence, and notes the need for further research focused on the experiences of people with disability in this context.

To build the evidence base, the authors of this report drew on an expert advisory group, an evidence review, data analysis/synthesis and extensive sector consultation to guide development of this theory of change.
