As the improvement of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) efficiency leads to the reduction of CSR cost, CSR efficiency is becoming increasingly prominent for construction companies. In this research, the three-stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is adopted to analyze the CSR efficiency of Chinese construction companies in the period of 2012–2016.

Assessment of lean construction practice at selected construction sites in Klang Valley
Lean construction can reduce costs and production times, improve profit, quality, salaries, health and safety, and increase customer satisfaction. This paper evaluates and measures feasibility in applicability at sites in Klang Valley. Total Quality Management and Industrialized Building System were rated to be highly effective in both infrastructure and building construction projects.

Evaluating supplier management maturity in prefabricated construction project-survey analysis in China
Prefabrication is a modern method of construction. Management of prefabricated component (PC) suppliers plays a key role in the performance of prefabricated construction project (PCP). Evaluating and improving supplier management maturity (SMM) is critical for large contractors. Results will contribute to a benchmark for contractors to evaluate SMM and achieve continuous improvement in PCP.
