Container Refund Scheme - price monitoring review: issues paper
The Queensland Container Refund Scheme commenced on 1 November 2018—allowing people to take empty drink containers to a collection point for a refund. The scheme is funded through a surcharge on beverage manufacturers. The Queensland Productivity Commission has released this issues paper to assist interested parties to prepare submissions to the review.
