This is the first annual report on the ear and hearing health of First Nations people. The report brings together information on the prevalence of ear and hearing problems among First Nations people and ear and hearing health programs and services, including insights into the complexity of the ear and hearing health system.

This report provides advice on current neonatal hearing screening data and practices across the states and territories, and the opportunities for establishing a national data collection, including recommended next steps.
