Rodney Dillon is a Palawa Elder from Tasmania, the Indigenous Rights Advisor for Amnesty International Australia, member of the Stolen Generations Alliance: Australians for Truth, Justice and Healing, and a former Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commissioner (ATSIC) for Tasmania.

Tim Ireland is a Bundjalung man from northern NSW and CEO of Aboriginal Child, Family and Community Care State Secretariat (AbSec). Tim specialises in family and community services and Aboriginal community development.

Natalie Lewis is a Gamilaraay yinar woman, CEO of Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Protection Peak, Co-Chair of the national Family Matters campaign, and was recently appointed to the Queensland First Children and Families Board.

This is a study about government expenditure on children and family services in the Northern Territory. It will focus on funding arrangements for services and programs that are relevant to the prevention of harm to children, and will examine ways to improve those funding arrangements to support better outcomes for children, families and the community.

Jennah Dungay is a proud Wiradjuri and Dunghutti young woman from Wellington and Kempsey NSW. Growing up in Redfern, Jennah is a youth ambassador for AbSec and recently completed her Advanced Diploma of Aboriginal Specialised Trauma Counselling.
