Online Employment Services Trial evaluation report
The Online Employment Services Trial (OEST) evaluated whether unemployed job seekers receiving the JobSeeker Payment could achieve similar or better outcomes through online employment services compared to traditional, provider-based services. It found online services delivered similar or better outcomes at lower cost and informed policy during COVID-19 and supported a broader shift to digital services.
