Over the past twelve months, the Morrison Government has made significant progress in implementing recommendations made by the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. The progress is outlined in this second Annual Progress Report.

This guide is made up of nine separate guidelines reflecting the key considerations for implementing an effective complaint management system which upholds the rights of children and young people.
