Since its commencement in March 2019, the Northern Territory Treaty Commission has consulted with Aboriginal people across the Northern Territory and conducted research to inform the development of a framework for Treaty negotiations between First Nations Territorians and the Northern Territory (NT) Government. This report outlines the Commission's final recommendations.

This strategy builds on and supersedes the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority’s Waste Management Strategy for the Northern Territory 2015-2022, and its implementation with consideration to other relevant key Territory policies and strategies.

This strategy has been developed to transform the way social and affordable housing is delivered to Territorians through supporting a diverse and sustainable community housing sector.

The Northern Territory government is seeking stakeholder and public feedback on this position paper, which sets the vision, purpose and implementation pathways to prioritise government investment in infrastructure.
