Enhancing civic engagement and Indigenous knowledge integration in Australian universities

Australian universities operate within a context defined by ongoing disparities in Indigenous outcomes. This paper argues that a fundamental change is necessary in how these institutions conceptualise and practice civic engagement, as well as moving towards incorporating Indigenous knowledges. It presents a comprehensive framework for universities to move beyond superficial reconciliation towards genuine decolonial transformation.

This article describes research exploring what early years teachers do to identify and support children with high levels of complex trauma.
