Drawn from the 2009-10 Survey of Income and Housing, this publications presents estimates of the income and other characteristics of households and persons resident in private dwellings and of the distribution of income across the population.

The economic wellbeing of individuals is largely determined by their command over economic resources. People's income and reserves of wealth provide access to many of the goods and services consumed in daily life. This publication provides indicators of the level and distribution of after tax (disposable) household income, after adjusting forhousehold size and composition.
