Description
The current fourth industrial revolution is bringing massive disruption involving automation of basic work, AI to drive decisions, and big data analytics.
It is changing work, organisations and end-user experiences. We refer to this societal impact as Society 4.0.
The community and social services sector is radically changing in response to Society 4.0 and the pandemic.
With social purpose organisations and sector analysts, researchers at the Social Innovation Research Institute co-designed this briefing so you can be tech ready for 2025.
