The South Australian Productivity Commission has released this draft report on the inquiry into reform of South Australia’s regulatory framework. This follows extensive consultation since the release of the issues paper in March 2021.

Stakeholder feedback on this report is critical input to the final report on modernising South Australia’s regulatory framework.

The Commission seeks feedback and further evidence from interested parties in response to the Commission’s initial conclusions, information requests and draft recommendations to government.
