This report provides a roadmap for improving the monitoring and reporting of suicide and suicidality in the serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force (ADF) member population. It has the goal of moving towards real-time monitoring and an improvement in suicide prevention.

The authors have identified six Destinations necessary to improve the monitoring and reporting of ADF member suicide and suicidality. Each Destination identifies data development opportunities and the associated actions that would progress the achievement of the Destination. Priorities and indicative timeframes for their achievement are also included.
