Using technology to empower domestic violence victims

Those living in regional centres can often face real challenges in seeking legal assistance to escape abusive marriages or to simply take out apprehended violence orders against dangerous partners. Now a pilot scheme is using internet-based video technology to provide much needed legal services for those in abusive relationships.
