This report focuses on the issue of providing housing and support to people with complex needs, specifically people with physical disability, people with intellectual disability, and people with mental illness. It builds on the extensive literature review undertaken in a AHURI Positioning Paper, which highlighted some problems with conceptualising this issue as a matter of finding and applying particular housing and support models to address the particular needs of people within these groups.
