In this report Lesley Farrell and Linda Wyse explore how vocational education and training providers can best customise locally provided training packages to suit the needs of stakeholders, while still considering skills important to national and global interests. In doing so it investigates who the stakeholders are, what they want from training and whether their needs are being met.
