This research sought to better understand data collection processes for homeless pregnant women and how homeless services can better engage with this group.

Education First Youth (EFY) Foyers expand upon the original Youth Foyer concept by prioritising education as key to a sustainable livelihood. This report describes the outcomes of 162 EFY Foyer participants who exited between September 2013 and July 2017, making them eligible for a twelve-month post-exit survey.

This report documents an evaluation of the Education Pathways Program, completed in the latter part of 2018 by Launch Housing’s Research and Service Sector Reform team. The evaluation focus was on the outcomes related to school enrolment and attendance, which are central to improving school engagement.

This report outlines the findings from an independent, longitudinal analysis, examining the changes in the scale and nature of homelessness in Australia, as well as how social, economic and policy drivers influence these changes.

Developed by the Brotherhood of St Laurence and Hanover Welfare Services (now Launch Housing), with funding from the Victorian Government, Education First Youth Foyers represent a new model and practice approach to working with young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
